Location IQ Tanzania integration starters

1. Sign in at https://locationiq.co.tz/dashboard and open https://locationiq.co.tz/sandbox.
2. Create a sandbox key. It expires in seven days; 100 requests/day per account, 20/minute, with a shared network safety cap. Rotating a key does not reset the allowance.
3. Set LOCATIONIQ_KEY securely in your process environment, then run one example:
   python locationiq.py
   node locationiq.mjs
   php locationiq.php

These use each runtime's HTTP tools; no Location IQ package installation is required.
The sample looks up a public coordinate in Dar es Salaam. It prints JSON including administrative context, nearby places, Geocoding and available demographic context.
Missing fields are unavailable, not zero. Actual census values and estimates are separate.

Going to production:
Create a scoped production key in API keys, submit your server's fixed outbound public IP and wait for administrator approval. Set LOCATIONIQ_ENV=production and LOCATIONIQ_KEY to that production key. Sandbox keys cannot call production endpoints. Production keys cannot call sandbox endpoints. Keep keys on your backend; mobile/browser clients call your backend.

401: invalid, revoked, expired or wrong-environment key.
403: inactive account, missing consent, missing production scope or wrong/unapproved production IP.
422: invalid coordinates or unsupported coverage.
429: request rate or daily evaluation allowance exceeded. Do not rotate keys to bypass limits.

Never commit keys, print them in logs, send them in URLs or disable TLS certificate verification.
